    What is an Associate?

    Any independent distributor who is eligible to participate in the Compensation Plan and is governed by the Policies and Procedures, Compensation Plan, and Associate Terms and Conditions as part of his or her agreement with Harmony Green America.

    How do I become an Associate?

    Each Associate must:
    • Be at least 18 years of age;
    • Reside in the United States (except Montana), a U.S. Territory, or any country that Harmony Green America has officially announced is open for business;
    • Purchase a Harmony Green Starter Kit (optional for residents of North Dakota)
    • Provide Harmony Green America with his or her valid Social Security or Federal Tax ID number; and
    • Submit a properly completed Associate Application and Agreement to Harmony Green America.

    What's a Preferred Customer on Autoship?

    A customer who is enrolled by a Associate and is entitled to wholesale pricing (our best value) on Harmony Green Products. This program is also available to Associates.
    Example: 1 case of 6 bottles of Harmony Green Organic Aloe Vera Juice is only $96 with shipping and handling included, a saving of 23% over a Preferred Customer who is not on auto ship.

    How do I become a Preferred Customer?

    Each advocate must:
    • Be at least 18 years of age;
    • Reside in the United States, a U.S. Territory.
    • Enrolled by an existing Harmony Green Preferred Customer or Harmony Green Associate.
    • Submit a properly completed form of the Preferred Customer Agreement either online or downloaded and fax.

    Can I return products?

    Harmony Green America offers a 100% 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee (less shipping charges) to all Preferred Customers, Customers, and Associates. Associates may return his or her product and sales aids that are in Resalable condition for a refund. In order to receive a refund, the following requirements must be met:

    • The items being returned must have been personally purchased by the Associate from Harmony Green America, not other Associates or third parties are not subject to refund);

    • The items must be in Resalable condition (See the Policies and Procedures, Definition of "Resalable" below); and

    • The items must have been purchased from Harmony Green America within one year pirior to the date of cancellation.

    Upon receipt of Resalable products and sales aids, the Associate will be reimbursed 90% of the net cost of the original purchase price(s) excluding shipping & handling, return shipping fees
